How fast door debugging acceptance?
Industrial fast doors are high-quality category products for modern chemical plants and enterprises. With the continuous maturity of product technology, the design, production, and installation cycles have been greatly shortened, and work efficiency has been greatly improved. At the same time, debugging and acceptance after the installation of the fast door are particularly important.
Industrial rapid door debugging can be roughly divided into the following parts:
1、 Upper and lower limit debugging detection: When the door body is in a static state, press the up button and the door body will run upwards. After buffering and complete stopping, determine whether the lifting height meets the user's requirements. If the requirements are not met, debug again; Afterwards, press the descent button and wait for the door to completely stop falling. Observe whether the end of the door stays in a natural and appropriate position.
2、 Performance testing of emergency stop button: During the operation of the door, press the emergency stop button and observe whether the door immediately stops. If it still operates normally, check if the emergency stop button is malfunctioning or damaged.
3、 Automatic opening function debugging: Use vehicle and personnel movement to simulate actual conditions, observe whether the door can be opened in a timely manner, and whether there is no dead angle signal coverage at all angles.
4、 Infrared anti smashing performance debugging: During the falling process of the door body, cut off the infrared targeting system and check whether the door body will rebound and rise in a timely manner. During the testing process, it is important to pay attention to personal safety and prevent damage caused by infrared system malfunction.
