The manufacturing process of sliding industrial doors

Sliding industrial doors are suitable for general industrial factories, steel frame warehouses. The transformer room and other auxiliary buildings with frequently passing vehicles or pedestrians have outward facing flat doors, which have good insulation, strong wind resistance, few mechanical failures, and durability. Industrial door leaf materials and production:
1. The frame of the industrial door leaf is made of cold-rolled square steel pipes, angle steel, flat steel and other profiles. The general door leaf panel adopts 1.2mm thick profiled steel plate, and the insulation door leaf surface material adopts metal insulation material sandwich panel.
2. The frame of industrial door leaves shall be welded by arc welding, using welding rods. Unless otherwise specified, all welds shall be continuously welded. There must be no welding defects such as incomplete melting, incomplete welding, porosity, cracks, or burn through.
3. The skeleton profile of industrial door leaf should be straightened first before cutting, and then welded after laying out on a flat site or workbench. The welded rear door leaf should be straightened and not exceed the allowable size error.
4. After the processing and production of the industrial door frame have passed the inspection, the panel can be laid. Generally, spot welding, riveting, or screw connection can be used for the steel plate of the door leaf. The joints between the steel plates should be overlapped and intermittently spot welded or riveted inside and outside alternately. After processing, one layer of anti rust paint should be applied before the topcoat. After welding the insulated door frame, one layer of anti rust paint should be applied. Process and cut metal insulation material sandwich panels according to the skeleton size, embed the sandwich panels into the fan skeleton, and drill and rivet them together or connect them with screws.
5. The sealing strip of the industrial door leaf is fixed to the door leaf with screws and pressure strips.
